We got in super late and only stayed for a night but we loved the stay.

Highly recommended place to stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ !!! Clean, cozy and spacious room. I am grateful to meet ROBERTO. Roberto was an amazing host! Very helpful and fantastic; had an amazing experience! Close to beach, restaurants, convenient stores; only 15/20 minutes taxi from aeroport FCO.

The property itself is a bit run down, but it does offer strong security with multiple coded access points. Just be aware that there are separate codes for the gate, building entrance, and room—it can feel a bit excessive, so I’d recommend taking a photo of all codes to avoid getting locked out. The surrounding area has a somewhat industrial, slightly sketchy feel, especially at night. If you’re planning to park on-site, keep in mind that the space is quite tight and may be challenging to maneuver in. While the location is relatively close to the airport, the taxi/shuttle fare is around €38, which adds up. In hindsight, staying in the city and taking public transit to the airport might be a more convenient and cost-effective option. On a positive note, the owner was incredibly kind and responsive—truly a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was included and basic but sufficient. Overall, an okay stay, mainly suitable for a short, practical stopover rather than a comfortable or memorable experience.

Great place to stay near the airport and just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were a good size, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made our stay easy and enjoyable.
