Hostess was super, single room was big, had coffee and tea facilities, water bottle, working A/C, big shower. She was helpful about the nearby area too. A nice door to door ride to the airport in my early morning, too. Local temp was lower than Rome, being on the seashore. Just be aware that getting there from airport requires a LOCAL TAXI or a hard-to-find local bus.
This is not the fault of the room/area, but it was surprisingly hard to figure out how to get here from the airport. I should have had her pick me up there. The town itself isn't super pretty, being modern apartments, but it has a beach.

This is a comfortable guest house a great place to stay if you want to visit the beach or if you’re needing to be close to the airport. The host is really friendly and welcoming, and there was a driver that came to pick us up and took us back to the airport for a small fee. There is a table outside where you can sit and have some food and a separate room if you have children. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants and beach.
