Hotel was adequate and clean. Room was a large size and comfortable but the jacuzzi did not work.

It is middle of summer. But the hotel has no air-condition. So there is not proper during summer season. we have to give up the other day because it was go hot in the room. we do not recommend the room during summer. and the hotel must list up that they have no air-condition.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very narrow rooms and also a bit smelly. It is said to be located in the center, but Maubeuge oviously has no city center. Bleak outside apperance of the hotel; especially the back side of the hotel looks as if that building is no longer inhabited.

I booked my stay through hotels.com and paid the hotel in advance. However, the hotel charged me full price when I checked out. I have emailed the hotel and they say they haven't received a payment before. They told me to send a proof of payment, which I did. I sent them a detailed receipt but they said it wasn't enough. After that they just stopped responding to me. I should not even have to send them a receipt. Hotels.com are trying to fix this for me, but the hotel staff are all struggling with English. They also charged me for breakfast every morning, claiming they asked me if I wanted breakfast when I checked in. I'm 100% sure they never asked me. I had breakfast the first day, but there was not much I could eat due to allergies, so I bought my own breakfast elsewhere the other days. It's been 11 days now and I haven't heard more from them.
