Most of the staff (mainly at reception and breakfast area) are in desperate need of a customer service & hospitality course, otherwise no lament at all. Breakfast is good and so is the hotel in general.

The employees are all really friendly and help you every Time
The Hotel is really nice and clean and the Breakfast is also awsome.
If you walk, you are in 15-20 mins in the Center, but there are also a Busstation and Taxis directly in the Front of the building
The parking lots are Not enough and we had Problems to sleep at Night, because there was no AC in our room and without it was in our room really Hot we had to Open the Windows at night that we can sleep, this is why the comfortable only gets an OK from us.

Room very big and clean , the only negative thing was that in the toilet weren’t any shampoo or detergent . The breakfast was good and the service nice
