    Staff were super accommodating (super helpful with booking cancellations/re-booking, quick response to cleaning services, etc.) and loved how the hotel was closely located to major sites. Would definitely stay again the next time I visit Sydney!

    The hotel was fine for a short stay, but we likely would not return. The sealed windows made it difficult to enjoy any outside view or see the weather. Cleanliness was acceptable, though it could be improved. Service was polite, but we had to repeat a few requests, including minibar restocking. Overall, we would probably choose another option next time.
