The hotel is very well appointed and is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The Social Hour is great. For one hou, guests are encouraged to mingle while being provided with complimentary wine, bubbles, or mocktails.
The glass in the windows in our room were frosted because the building is located quite close to another building. This prevented us from looking out of the room.

The location was great. The atrium and roof top bar was stunning
Trying to put us in an accessible room when we have no need for one, which is against my professional ethics.
The most uncomfortable bed we used in five weeks of travel across Australia.
