Staff were wonderful. Every recommendation for restaurants and tapas bars were excellent.
Room was always clean, though could use better storage accommodations for clothes and bathroom items.
Breakfast was delicious and the location is very good. Our room was a little noisy - had one roof window and it didn't seem to close tightly so we heard street noise a bit too much. But overall a great stay.

Fantastic room. Lovely little touches like arrival and departing treats left in the room. Staff were all very pleasant and guest relations desk was very helpful. Breakfast buffet had a huge selection and à la carte options were included in the price.

Great room, staff was super friendly and helpful.
You can’t beat the location. Tons of food, drink, coffee options in walking distance.
Perfect location for my first time in Madrid.
