    I have choosen Innside by melia for work stay for the 4th time. Everytime im in KL i will stay her because the price , service is 10/10, everytg is perfect for me. Food is just a walk away from the hotel since it connected to the mall. Front desk was super accomodative to my requeat and friendly- Wanie. Love it and will repeat

    Very impressed by this hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff, clean room with nice big bath towels and confortable beds. Easy access to the mall. First time staying at an Innside by Melia hotel and I would highly recommend the one in Kuala Lumpur.

    We enjoyed our previous stay so much, especially thanks to Vivian, that we found ourselves coming back again after our trip! This time, we decided to extend our little getaway by staying here again while spending some time exploring and hanging around the neighbourhood. ❤️ Honestly, it’s not just about the hotel itself, but the people who make a stay feel special. Vivian is one of those people. Her warmth, thoughtfulness and genuine care left such a lovely impression on us during our last visit that coming back felt like an easy decision. It’s such a nice feeling to be welcomed by someone who makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for, rather than just another guest. Vivian, thank you for putting so much heart into what you do. Your kindness and personal touch truly mean more than you might realise, and they’ve made our experience here all the more memorable. We really appreciate you and the effort you put into making guests feel special. 🥰 We’re so glad we came back, and we hope to see you again on our next visit.     The location is good, the front desk staff are friendly, and the price is reasonable. I also appreciate the early check-in and late check-out arrangements. However, I had one unpleasant experience with housekeeping that raised serious concerns about privacy and security. I had only been checked in for about an hour when a male housekeeping staff member suddenly opened my room door without my permission. I had to raise my voice to stop him from entering. There are a few things I find unacceptable: 1. The “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed outside my room, and it should have been respected. 2. The housekeeping indicator light was not on, which should have been another clear indication that no housekeeping service was requested. 3. I had checked in just an hour earlier, so why was housekeeping even attempting to enter my room? I could hear the staff member repeatedly calling out “Housekeeping!” as he walked along the corridor. When he reached my room, he suddenly opened the door without properly checking whether the room was occupied or whether housekeeping was required. Normally, housekeeping staff should check each room’s status and signage before attempting to enter. I do not understand why he was calling out “Housekeeping!” throughout the corridor and then proceeded to open my door. This incident raised serious concerns about guest privacy, safety, and security. It was particularly alarming that a staff member could simply open an occupied guest room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed. I hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously and review its housekeeping procedures to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
