The employees were very kind, always ready to help, and even offered us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, just 3 minutes from the Clock Tower and close to everything.
Because the hotel is right on the main street, it can be a bit noisy at night, and the value could be better for the price.

Superb location, next to pedestrian zone. Own parking in front of the hotel. The hotel organized late check-in for us.

Location
Very dated room, bathroom is of need of renovation (toilet seat wasn’t even bolted down (definitely a bit dodgy)no lift, very steep staircase
