The cleaner was so helpful! She washed and pressed our clothes and was so sweet. The location is excellent as well,- in the centre of Bitola but one street back from the main drag so it's quiet.

The owner seemed nice when we checked in but we never saw him again so couldnt raise any issues with him. The room was in poor condition. It was dirty, not the sheets, but the floor had dead bugs on it, and there were 2 cobwebs. Many of the fittings were broken and not fixed. The fridge didn't work. The curtains let all the sun through. Worse was the smell from the bathroom. Every afternoon / evening it would smell of sewage from the drains. It was so bad we could barely be in there to wash and felt ill washing our teeth. I understand it was a low price, but when we have travelled to other places we have had budget accommodation that was clean and tidy.

The location is excellent, you've got everything you need within 5 min walking distance. The host was very friendly and ready to assist with everything we needed in the first place. In terms of parking place, if you're lucky you'll find few spots near the villa in the afternoon, otherwise it's quite busy. However, the host made sure we manage to find a good parking place which is greatly appreciated.

This would've been a great review if the matresses and the bed we slept on wasn't awfully uncomfortable, which ruined my overall impression for the stay. The springs almost stabbed my back while I was sleeping which is unacceptable. An awful smell was coming from the bathroom, which I suppose was the sewage. While it was acceptable if you keep the bathroom windows open, it's not an ideal solution. Check the overall plumbing installation for possible clogs.

Host is really kind in Villa Konzuli, but airconditioning was awful, we couldnt warm up. Bed also really uncomfortable, sheets and pillows didnt clean. The room also didnt clean properly. Room insulation didnt good. We heard nearly every noise from side room. Finally the only best thing for hostel was host. Everything except this was bad experience for us.

We liked the location

The rooms weren't clean and they were in a bad condition. The shower door was missing in one of the rooms, tile was coming off, one of the plugs was coming off the wall. We kept having to ask for toilet paper.
