    Pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. There were no staff on site to aid with difficulty getting into the building, but this was resolved within half an hour by whatsapp (sat in a coffee shop as it was -2!). The spa facilities are lovely but mindful that they are not on site and the two closest were closed. We opted to travel across the city and use Holmes Place Potsdamer Platz, which has a pool and around 6 types of sauna. Plz note if you're not from Germany, they have a strict nude-only policy in said saunas! Luggage room was available from the morning of check-in and evening of check out, it only has 10 lockers though so availablity may be tight! They also allowed us to amend our stay. Kitchenette is well stocked with a coffee machine too. Recommended!

    We thorough enjoyed our stay with Numa Nook. We had an XL apartment with balcony and it was worth the extra cost! Very comfortable and easy to come and go as you please. The only negative was the fact that the elevator and chrome cast did not work for the duration of our stay despite requesting it to be fixed.

    Their was no one their, i tried to phone but no one picked up had to sit in a cafe next to it for over an hour before someone finally answered my question, you have to check in online on their website but my booking no was not working so it took way to long
