Classik Hotel Hackescher Markt - Self Check In

I would recommend this nice hotel. We stayed at the big room n101. - location (close to everything you need) - self check-in/out - nice interior (it’s better in the real life than at their photos) - free and tasty filtered water - nice chill-out zone at the hall with a luggage storages, so you can lock your staff inside after check-out or before the check-in

- the sofa at the room n101 could be renewed, because it’s the only one thing that looks too old and tired :)

Location

The room was spacious with a very big bathroom The location was fabulous, close to a train station and plenty of restaurants nearby

Only negative was the stairs going up from the entrance to the lift Would be a challenge with heavy suitcases for older people

Room was not available at 3 PM and there was no one at the reception to help. Self check-in system was not very intuitve to know if room is not available for the checkin. Also, I saw other customers received there rooms ever after my arrival. If there was someone at the reception it would have been easier. I had a official event after that, due to that I arrived in night again and was not sure then if I will get the room. luckily there was no issue in the night as i got the room.
