Our room was very clean and we appreciated the fans that were set up. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

Lovely Manor House with fantastic views. Nice to have a spa on site. Rooms rather hot but staff did all they could with a fan and air con unit.

Overall it was ok and a pleasant experience. However, the pool was ice cold and I had only booked that place because of the swimming pool. The 'spa' facilities are quite poor and run-down. The hotel itself was decorated very well for Christmas and it was warm and welcoming. Hannah deserves a special mention for being so efficient.
