The breakfast was excellent. Well cooked and presented. The view was of the Welsh countryside and incredibly peaceful.
The only downside was the approach road full of potholes.

Joyce is an excellent host, very thoughtful and kind, she always had a great recommendation of what to do or see around the area; She makes the best breakfast (we are still dreaming of the y fenni omelet and pancakes)! The property is stunning with plenty of spaces to enjoy and you're never confined to your room (even though you might want to stay in the bathtub forever!), we enjoyed a lovely picnic in the garden.
