    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, and the entire environment was clean and nice. What truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible service. I arrived very late, around 11:30 PM. The parking area behind the hotel was a bit dark, though it felt safe. An Indian gentleman working at the hotel was incredibly helpful—he actually waited outside for me until I finished parking my car. Because it was late, I asked him if he could escort me to my room. He gladly did so and even opened the door for me. The room itself was spotless, nice, and very welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and great comfort!

    Dislike the initial deposit of RM50 upon check in. Had to wait for clearance during check out for the Staff to return the initial deposit of RM50...don't like this. Water pressure from the overhead shower is barely adequate. The cake of white soap is of poor quality; it disintegrated on contact with the wet black ceramic basin wall and caused an ugly white stain . Location is not ideal; not near to the Centre of the Old Town.
