Location - Walking distance to tourist spot, driving distance too. Parking - Public and right infront of the premise. Room - With balcony is more cozy. My second stay this time after 2019, hence I think it's still good and well maintained.
Traffic - noisy traffic until 1am, don't matter for a night stay.

Value for the room rate and the location is good. Acceptable walking distance to the old town area.
The room is small. It was not too bad for me traveling with backpack, but it would be difficult to move in the room with luggage. And certainly very noisy as located at the main junction and road.

- good location - self check-in is convenient, staff is also there - the price, but the facilities are budget too
- not cleaned properly (under the bed) - stains on bed sheets - sewage smell - no ventilation in the bathroom, there is a window but I opened it and a mouse came in. Unpleasant surprise - worn down, I didn’t feel very comfortable sleeping here
