    Great facilities. Breakfast well overpriced and really dissapointed in that. Wanted to ask for my money back but check out would have cost me an hour of my time. Online check out also didn’t work properly. Lovely balcony but had to endure the smell of smokers of all varieties so couldn’t sit out for too long. Or keep the window open. However if you want a great location I’d recommend the fountain view room. (Just bring your own breakfast and deal with smokers)

    I specifically booked a one-bedroom suite because I was told the hotel would provide a pull-out bed, which was extremely important since children were traveling with us. Based on what was described at the time of booking, this was a major reason we chose this room. It was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable to find that there was no proper additional bed available. Trying to sleep on a small chair or couch during the stay was very uncomfortable and significantly affected our experience. We were greatly disappointed, especially because the sleeping arrangements were an important part of our decision to book this room.
