    Decent business hotel off the Strip but close enough. No slot machines at lobby which is a plus. Still have to pay resort fees, but you get complimentary water refills and use of its facilities.

    Absolutely disappointing stay at the Westin. I find it extremely questionable that a Westin hotel would attempt to charge additional fees on top of the payment already made through Agoda. During check-out, *** tried to charge me nearly $100 extra, even though the full amount had already been paid via the app. This is not the first time I have experienced such an issue; the same thing happened to me at the Westin in Los Angeles. On top of that, when I asked how to exit the parking garage, as we had parked our car there, *** did not provide the necessary ticket, forcing me to go back and wait in line again, which was very inconvenient. I also hope that the $458 deposit is only being held temporarily, but at this point, I am not even sure if it will be refunded. Overall, this was my worst stay at a Westin, and I have completely lost trust in the brand. I expected a much higher level of service from a hotel of this standard.
