The location is superb -- super close to the Tsukiji Fish Market. The room is definitely on the smaller side, especially the prefab bathroom.

My second stay here! Although, the room was quite small, which is pretty common in Japan, but it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions around Ginza. Considering the price, it offered great value for money. The staff were friendly, and the overall stay was very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
