Clean and well maintained. Ramen supper is well appreciated, esp after onsen.

Staff’s command of English varies widely.

The property is centrally located, easy to navigate different train lines. Very clean, well equipped and high tech. Held bags for us half day until it was time for our airport ride.

The booking process through Booking.com suggested a double room for 2 adults and 1 child. For our other hotel bookings this meant there are 2 beds in the room to fit 3 people. For this hotel, there was only 1 small bed that barely fits 2 people and no space for a child. Not sure if this is a Booking.com issue or the hotel’s issue but when we book for 3 people we expect there to be space for all of us. Thankfully the manager was wonderful and moved us to a room with a bed to fit 3 for a little extra fee and ensured we were comfortable with all the amenities. Only other strange thing was they decided to replace the carpet tiles in the lift foyer right at checkout time and had glue all over the ground. They dropped some of the tiles back to help us get over the glue and into the lift. Otherwise a really good hotel.
