This place is in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean except we did have bit of a musty smell but it was not terrible and we left the window open and it helped. Staff were great and check in was easy. We didn't know that it included a free breakfast because it wasn't mentioned when we booked so we missed it the first day - no problem it's not a game changer. Overall, we really liked this place and would recommend it.

Really comfortable place to stay, the staff was very friendly and the lady that makes the quick breakfast in the mornings was super nice and sweet, the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Quiet at night as it is located in a less crowded street but close enough to access everything around Venice.

Great and safe location, walkable from train station and to interesting places to visit in Venice. Helpful staff. We had a good stay.

A very comfortable stay. Very fresh very clean. Daily breakfast served on a trolley brought to our room. Hotel within walking distance of bus/train station and many sites. Lovely restaurants and drinking places nearby. Will definitely use this place again.
