We booked a stay kinda last minute due to a death in the family. Our stay was comfortable and the room and facility were very clean. Breakfast was very good with many choices. The staff we dealt with were perfect.

I was very disappointed with the room for the cost. The room was small, no sitting area, and needed updating. After checking out I received a notice from my charge card they had charged it an extra 30 dollars. When I Called to find out about the charge they said it was just to cover incidentals and it would be returned. Sounds like a scam to me since I was not told this would be done. When I say never, I mean never will I stay in a Hampton Inn again

This is our third time staying here and we love it. The rooms are special with full cooking facilities. It's always clean and quiet and the persons at the front desk are very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Holland.

For the most part, my stay at this hotel was great. Quiet, great breakfast, friendly staff. The only part that was less than optimal was that the A/C unit in my room made the room feel humid and damp. I was mostly just in my room to sleep, but in hindsight I would have been more comfortable if I had asked for a different room.

Every thing was wonderful all very clean. Bed was comfortable. The only problem was that there was a group of children running in the hall that sounded like a herd of buffaloes. Then there was the dog that was also running in the hall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The weather conditions prohibited me from driving home from work. I was able to book the Hampton which was about a 20 minute drive from my work. Instead of taking a risk and driving back home and wasting a sick day for the following day, I decided to stay close to work making my commute much shorter and better the next day.

Man no words could describe how great it was to stay here! It was my first foray into being in the states, and i loved it! The breakfast was absolutely amazing especially the waffles! The variety of breakfast foods was good! The staff at the hotel were fantastic, going above and beyond for customers- i was floored by the service everyone gave. From the front desk, to the kitchen to those who cleaned our rooms. I would love to give a special thanks to Rylan, Shannon, Drew and Lynn. You all made staying here an absolute joy. If i ever come back to visit Chicago and IL again, i know where ill be staying!

OUR HEATING UNIT MALFUNCTIONED AND ONLY HAD AIR CONDITIONING ON. STAFF PROMPTLY TOOK CARE OF US AND MOVED US TO A DIFFERENT ROOM WITH HEAT!
