Staff was incredibly nice we had the suite it was magical, if you like shopping the area is perfect you will get the truly Moroccan experience highly recommend , no alcohol served but next door restaurant is awesome with roof top and alcohol beverages and good food

Little gem of a place in the middle of Tetouan town. The staff are very courteous and welcoming. The hotel was very responsive to queries before arrival and very helpful once there.
The patio restaurant is a beautiful setting and the breakfast was excellent. Dinner was not bad but not the best.
The room was very clean as well as spacious. Being in the middle of town, one expects a level of noise, but the A/C did a good job of drowning it out.
It felt both comfortable and safe. They even texted with a picture of a plug adapter that had been left behind!
Would definitely stay here again, and would like to give special thanks to the reception and staff who were great.

Everything was perfect in this place. We love the hospitality from reception, bell boy, restaurants and everyone working there. We had our great experience in Tétouan and we didn’t regret to chose to stay there than in Tanger. Thank you so much!
