Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms with good A/C. Front desk staff - Wiam and Saad- were very helpful, friendly, responsive. and both spoke very good English.

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL in every way. They helped us with all their heart. All three of them. The building has a lot of character and is located in the heart of the bustling markets. But inside it was very quiet - which was lovely. Hot water, shower - all good. What we will remember most is the three young people working there. It felt like family and like coming home when returned from our outings. Also, since cars cannot enter the Medina. they met us and carried our bags. We felt taken care of. What an exceptional staff they have!

Like many Moroccan places we stayed in, the room needed more light. It was an odd configuration of a room that opened up to the inner courtyard. I missed having a window to look outside. The stairs to the double bed in our room I couldn’t manage. They quickly made the extra bed down the stairs. That bed was pretty hard.

We had a great experience even before arriving. The host reached out to us explaining what services they can offer, when we arrive and where they will wait for us. They organised us a last minute guided tour in Tetouan upon our request. They also suggested us an excellent restaurant to have a great lunch. Dar Fama is located in the old Medina, it is close to everything. Very nicely kept, clean and calm accommodation. Today we had to leave early and still we got fresh and proper breakfast. I liked the decor and the breakfast.Also the personnel was helpful and kind.

the size of the room was good but there was no space on the sides of the double bed.
