Room service was 0 out of 10.
Worst room service that I have ever had. The hotel was overall really good . Great for kids even though water park close too early.

This resort was very nice. We were there for 7 days with the family and everyone had a great time. The kids loved the water park. The food in the à la cart restaurants was delicious which is not common in an all inclusive in Punta Cana. The buffet food was good too but I would have liked more variety. We will definitely consider going back. My only con would be the beach was full of sargassum but I know they have no control over nature and we knew July was high sargassum season for Punta Cana.
