From the time we arrived at the hotel until we left, we were delighted. The property is lovely, the room comfortable, the breakfast well prepared with good variety and fresh ingredients.
What was truly outstanding is the staff. We felt very welcome and enjoyed meeting Carlos, Louis, Angeles. Ali and Narciso. Thank you for making the experience delightful. We will be back!

The room was cozy and spotless. Mari and Alejandra were wonderful and served us a lovely, hearty breakfast every morning It was very quiet and comfortable. Felt like home for us! It is a little off the beaten path, but close enough to the metro or a quick Uber to the Centro. Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay here. Everyone working there was wonderful, the room was beautiful and spotless, and breakfast was delicious. I will recommend Hacienda Gobernadores to everyone going to Mexico City. The location is a little far from the main tourist areas, which I preferred. The neighborhood has many of its own gems - excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. I can’t wait to return!
