Overall it was a great location and the apartment was comfortable. The staff at the front were not friendly so don’t expect to be greeted or to offer any assistance even when you ask where is the closest quick mart to buy water.

Beautiful apartment, ample, clean, nice with views. Excellent location. A bit noisy from the cars on the avenue. Should post from the initial advert that an online check-in is mandatory, to avoid a nasty arrival: personnel from the building are very nice, but know nothing about Kukun. Awful communication. All phone numbers posted are out. Via Whatsapp, we were given an incorrect access code, and had to wait for 15 minutes to get any answer back. Car slot was also wrong.

Place is nice and clean. Staff is not friendly at all. Front desk lady always on. Her phone with attitude. Another thing to note is that they do not allow deliveries to the apartment, and they do not receive them. I injured my foot and needed that accommodation and they were unwilling to do so. Also, you have to buy your own supplies such as trash bags, TP, paper towels, etc. I am also pretty sure you rely on what the people before you left. To each their own but I did not enjoy my stay nor did I think it was worth the money I paid. Location is great though and the place is pretty. Not much room to hand out as a family and watch TV since the couch only seats 2.

The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The location is good with a short Uber ride to most areas of the city. There is also a bus stop at the end of the block. It's located in a safe, walkable area with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within blocks.You have access to a beautiful view from the rooftop garden, where you can enjoy morning coffee or a refreshing drink at night. The only minus is the traffic noise at night when you're trying to sleep, but Mexico City is not the city you visit to rest!

Check in process was insanely long. Everything is done by cellphone and whatsapp. Got to the room and was given the wrong code. Finally got into the room and it was 80 degrees and humid. The chairs were stained/dirty. Floor was warped due to the humidity...felt like stepping on a bubble. Went to shower...no body soap. I have stayed in 150 hotels and this was the worst one. Looks amazing on listing though!

There was a bit of a confusion at the check- in, because the hotel did not receive my communication about our passports. The instructions for sending the photos of the IDs should be more explicit and in the form of step-by-step. I did not know that I was supposed to contact the property via WhatsApp and did not have the correct number. Fortunately I speak a bit of Spanish, so was able to communicate with the reception. Had my husband been alone, he would have had a big problem. Otherwise, the appartment was great and just what we needed for a couple of days stay. Location is perfect, on the doorstep of Chapultepec park and its attractions, plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The personel at the reception was very helpful and actually helped us to get checked in. Would highly recommend to friends and family, and will come back myself if ever I have a chance.

The place was very clean and good area to be at , however it was lacking towels provided to us and no ac , it was very hot in the hotel and when we would open the sliding doors it was very loud from the traffic . Only thing was provided was fans . But I rate this a 4 because it was a cute spot , and very clean .

The main selling points to this property is the area and the city view from our apartment rental. Unfortunately the cons outweigh the pros sadly!! The apartment was dirty, walls are dirty, hairballs scattered around the apartment when we first arrived, toilet in guest bathroom not properly cleaned and then later we had problems flushing that same toilet!!! I had to report the plumbing issues to the front desk, who in turn told me that it wasn’t their problem since I wasn’t one of tenants in their residential tower, that I would have to contact Expedia for that, not good customer service!! We would later let them know that we had no hot water for two days, again was told to contact Expedia!! I was pissed. Eventually figured out that the hot water heater had gone out due to a power outage a few nights earlier so figured out that we had to reset it our selves in the unit, but wasn’t told that when we complained about it!!! So overall, a not so nice stay in this unit, a shame too, was here in October and had a much better experience, don’t know if I’d come back to this rental!!!

I enthusiastically endorse this property. Impeccably clean with an ideal location. Despite concerns raised in previous reviews about noise, my experience was pleasantly quiet. Upon arrival, the atmosphere exuded luxury. The rooftop offered breathtaking views, and the gym facilities were exceptional. The only slight disappointment was the pool, which resembled more of a small pond. Additionally, there was a shortage of toilet supplies and kitchen paper towels, though this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

We love the Condesa area & feel right at home with Kukun. The property is beautiful & safe and the apartment is gorgeous and has absolutely everything one might need. This is our second stay at this property and we will stay there again when we travel to Mexico City.

Very beautiful and clean property. There are rules in place for using the gym (must bring a towel) and pool (must have bathing caps) so be aware. Really nice large suite and great to have laundry. Good spots walkable in the area including food, bars, groceries. Most importantly, the suites are not very sound proofed. We stayed in a Deluxe apartment which is on the corner of two streets, and could hear loud traffic all day and night. We were on the 1st floor so if you are sensitive to noise, stay on a higher floor (or bring earplugs). Overall I would stay again! Lovely rooftop terrace too.

The accommodations itself were clean and modern. The kitchen was well stocked. Our biggest qualm was the noise. From the master bedroom you could hear everything from the streets on the 7th floor. We checked multiple times to make sure no door/window was open, but we could hear loud and clear the traffic, the honking at 3am, the shouting from below. Also, there may have been a party in the building, as we could hear loud talking until 12:30am. The sound insulation seemed a little better in the twin sized bed room. FYI the pool is also a mini lap pool, and you have to have a cap to be let in. Aside from these points, the stay was pleasant and very conveniently located

Property is very nice and a very good customer atention. Rooms are clean. I’ve chosen the cheapest tarif. Therefore we got the department located to Patriotism a very noisy main streat in México City with huge trafic the whole Night Long. Ask always for Department located to Alfonso Reyes.

Very comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and nice furniture. Location was perfect, nice neighborhood and noise level from street was acceptable. The beds were perfect. Reception staff was friendly, cleanliness was completely OK. Filter for tap water was also a plus definitely. Internet working well. The only small downside was limited supply of hot water in the shower - there was hot water everyday, but it would regularly run out quite spontaneously pushing you out of shower quickly. To sum up: I would definitely book again

We absolutely adored the location of this property and everything was exactly as the listing advertised! Close to so many great shops, restaurants and cafes. The only issue we had was communication— when we arrived on site around 3:30pm to check in, they were still cleaning our room. There was no one on site who could help advise us in this matter (there is 3rd party security and then the desk only manages the Sonder affiliated properties), and when we reached out via Expedia, we were thanked for our patience (we were also offered a later check out time, but this did not work with our travel schedule). We tried to wait in the lounge area for our room to be completed, but security told us we were not allowed to sit in the lounge. So we sat on the stairs outside of our room for over 1.5 hours— the room was not finished until after 5pm. While we understand things happen, we would have greatly appreciated any kind of communication regarding a later check in time than originally stated so we could have changed our plans accordingly. Additionally, having to wait in the stairwell was not ideal. Overall, even with the hiccups, we would definitely recommend this property!

Please send reservation confirmation in advance instead of 2 hours prior to arrival to hotel. It was stressful as i couldnt access my email upon my arrival. They also required a photo of my ID that should have been communicated in advance. Not sure if this should be the responsibility of Expedia or the hotel/residence. The front desk person was kind and helpful.

Good property and location but some communication was confusing and some info was wrong. For example I got a message the morning I was checking in that said they hadn’t heard from me. This was at the end of several messages I had sent ??? I suspect it was an automatic message which is disconcerting. Also they gave me the wrong apartment number. It is B205 NOT A205 which is in another building. There was also a smoke detector that needed a new battery but they fixed that within a couple of hours.

The place was lovely, we had some slight delays with parking due to difficulty with contacting the venue, but the parking attendants sorted it for us within 10 Min or so. The apartment was in excellent condition, spacious clean and very well equipped, the hot water came in and out a bit but otherwise couldn't fault it. Nice area as well with lots of nice looking restaurants around.

Highly recommend this property. Excellent location, in a pleasant residential neighborhood. The apartment was just as great as a 4-5 star hotel. And the location was unbeatable, with plenty of good restaurants and shops.

Absolutely stunning apartment, impeccably clean and furnished, would absolutely stay here again and again! The entire building was incredible--from the architecture, decor, amenities, rooftop terrace, and location--it's one of our favorite accommodations ever! We felt like locals! My family of four had a 5-night stay in the lovely Condesa location. Everything was so amazing, we are still wishing we were there. My only comment for travelers is to be sure to bring earplugs since the building is located next to a busy road. Mexico City is a bustling city, so you could expect to hear street cars just about anywhere. Aside from this very small item, it was the most wonderful accommodation!
