I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by its modern, stylish design. The aesthetic feels fresh and thoughtfully curated, creating a welcoming atmosphere that stands out from the typical hotel experience.
What truly made the difference, though, was the staff. Everyone I encountered was not only professional but also warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. It didn’t feel scripted or transactional like many larger chain hotels—there was a clear personal touch in every interaction.
Unlike big-name hotel chains, this place offers a more intimate and personalized experience. You feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation number, which is something that’s becoming increasingly rare.

Beautiful property, friendly service, close to metro and El Poblado shopping and dining.

Excellent stay: staff helpful, breakfast incredible and rooms well decorated and very clean. The hotel is on a quiet street away from the noisy part of the neighborhood and everything is accessible by walk or public transport.
