We stayed here after a week in the blue mountains as we wanted accommodation for one night close to the airport. The amount of restaurants and amenities around the resort are fantastic and you have everything that you need. The outdoor hot tub and pool is lovely. The staff at the check-in were very friendly and they accommodated our early request for check-in as we had a toddler. Her cot was large but if you’re toddler likes a soft padding then make sure you bring your own sheets etc. The room itself is not that toddler friendly as the microwave was her height and we had to be with her continuously to make sure she didn’t microwave random objects! The balcony was a nice touch but very small and there was a gap that she could’ve got through and we wouldn’t have been able to go in after her so be wary of that. I paid for an upgraded room but I do wish I hadn’t bothered as it didn’t look like the photos and we didn’t use the balcony at all as it wasn’t safe for toddler. We would stay again but we would be more mindful about which room we needed.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient — very close to the train station, supermarket, and many restaurants, although the dining options are more casual than premium. The area is not overly crowded, which made our stay more comfortable, yet it is still very strategic and easy to access. The room facilities were excellent, especially the kitchen and laundry equipment, which were very complete and of good quality. It truly made our stay feel comfortable and practical, especially for a longer trip. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality

I stayed here for a few days around christmas to give myself a few days relaxation and peace . It was great everything i needed was in the generous sized room . Nice lighting ,washing machine and dryer & all the kitchen facilities you need to cook including hotplate ,coffee machine ,toaster ,kettle, crockery ,cutlery . Full size fridge .Soundproof rooms i slept really well bed it was so comfortable . Toiletries lovely,great view also . Staff so friendly & helpful . Will definately stay here again for sure .
