Staff was incredible. Very secure building in a nice area. There were some issues with cleanliness, but the my were quickly resolved. Overall, a really good experience.

The rest is magnificent, clean, silent, and conveniently located.

Travel to Sydney to help with son's hostel accommodation. Close location to Redfern station and student hostel. Easy to get around major tourist sites.
Room is spacious and clean. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave for quick food preparation.
Breakfast was served at Grumpy Barrista which was delicious and in generous portion.
Minimal contact with staff from checking to check out. We flew in late at night and the hotel entrance was locked. Instructions for check inprocedures and phone were placed on counter inside the lobby. So they were not accessible to us.
Fortunately we met a guest who helped open the entrance door with his code and we could then use the phone to contact for staff on duty for our room number and code access. Would recommend that the instructions be placed at the entrance for more visibility.
