    Location is superb! We watched a concert in ICC which is walking distance to the hotel. Market and tram stops are also 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

    Great hotel with great services. Great breakfast varieties.. if u looking for a affordable yet great breakfast and superb services and cleanliness, this is no doubt one of the place to choose.. the location which is in China Town will help u find good Asian food dining just walking distance..

    So close to Darling harbour, Basically in Chinatown. Paddy’s market is right outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, nice variety. On check-in I paid $27 for breakfast. I will come and stay again for sure.

    Pros: Location very good, close to Haymarket, shops and Chinatown. The staff at restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Cons: Poor cleanliness, we stayed for 8 nights and asked to tidy up the room on 3rd day, first they did not throw the rubbish out, second, they did not clean the bathroom and toilet. 6th day same thing asked to tidy up but no toilet cleaning and rubbish still there. The carpet was dusty. Reception staff not helpful, we had issues with the aircon temperature adjustment but not bothered to assist, he just said they will check but no one showed up. Good that its winter and managed to adopt at the current temperature settings. Will not come back again.
