    Good location at the corner of Chinatown area. Very quiet although it’s packed with people surrounding the hotel.

    Excellent location in an area with many eateries and shopping. Very near to the tram stops and train stations.

    The house keeping needs to be have more attention to the cleaningness. For example our body soap, they didn’t fill it. The person who lives next to use is also a little annoying. Can you make the room a little quiet. also the room’s view is not really perfect…

    Upon check in we were told we had been upgraded to a suite! Lovely..... until we went to the room and find out its a family suite with a toddler bed in a very small bedroom and then a small adults bedroom. Not sure how that qualifies as a suite upgrade! We dont have children. The room was incredibly dusty.
