The location is excellent if you want to access the city from affordable accommodation. The guest lounge offered free coffee and a range of snacks each morning which was lovely.
The bed was a bit hard for me

The coffee machine on floor 1
The location green square is great as it is one station from Central Station and on the same line as Opera house and all the boats..
Staff was brilliant 👍🥰
The room is to small for 3 adults.
The beds where not that comfortable, gym is a joke, the room is in need of refurbishment.
And for good sake put some more hangers in the bathroom , anyone with som sense understand that if you are three adults, means three bathroom towels and three hand towels and one towel for the floor outside the shower...this shuld be a no-brainer to fix.
