I loved everything, the location is very convenient. It is very centrally located. The train station and shops where you can buy anything you need are very close by. What I didn't like was that the pool was closed—they claimed it wasn't the season—yet they didn't specify this in the reservation details. So, that really annoyed me.

The hotel was great and in a good location. Close to the train and the metro, and next door to several museums.
Check in was a mess though, a very long line at 3 pm, and done on computers. Mine didn't recognize my passport so I had to enter all my information manually, then the system hang up when it was time to pay. It took me 30-45 minutes from the time I walked in the lobby to the time I got my room key.
