Good communication with the staff the staff is very friendly. The facility was very clean. The hotel looked very beautiful very accommodating. They spoke English.

The room was clean. It had everything that you need for a comfortable stay. I had a great view of the city that I enjoyed looking at. I slept very well and I realized that it was the pillow. When I got home, I ordered the pillow even though it was a bit pricey. The hotel is located at the Ryogoku train station. The staff was very helpful and spoke English fairly well.
I'm ready to return back to Japan!
