    The staff are nice, all parts of the hotel are clean. My room & bathroom were super clean. Complete amenities & facilities, everything works properly too. It’s located at a quiet neighborhood but closed to airport line & a bus stop is just in front of the hotel. There’s also a park, museum & a shrine in front of the hotel. There’s a supermarket few blocks away which is open until 12MN, so it’s really nice as it’s cheaper & selection is wider than a convenience store. However, there’s a conbini across the street too. It was my 1st time to experience a really strong earthquake while I was staying in the hotel, given my room was in 7th floor, I really panicked but the hotel, the building, was really safe. I was so glad I chose a well built & safe hotel. The hotel has restrooms at the lobby so u can freshen up when u pick-up ur luggage in case u leave them after checking-out. Thank you again for the conformable & amazing stay.

    and wouldn’t let me change claiming that booked erroneously through Agoda didn’t matter. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable! LiveMAX Hotels are a joke, suitable for young adults only who seek cheap, subpar accommodation. Never again!

    Great place if a smoker top floors room. Close to subway station bus and convenience stores and laundry too. Bathroom a bit too small. Staff were great and helpful. Hosiptal nearby so few ambulances siren sound peak hours. Had a great stay here
