Hotel Metro provided an excellent overnight experience for my partner and I! The staff were friendly and wonderful to deal with, the facility was clean and quiet overall, amenities were plentiful and accessible and most importantly, our room was clean and super comfortable! The only complaint I have is the parking situation is a little less than favorable as you have to pay for parking but the hotel does offer a discount if you park at the Convent Market so it's not too bad. All in all, given its location and what I paid for my room, I would happily stay here if I ever needed to be in London overnight again!

The room was spacious, that was great. Check in was pretty easy, no key but they send you a code to unlock your room. It didn't feel too secure to be honest. I like the small touches, freebies In the lobby. There was a fire alarm incident so elevators were out of order for a while. Overall, London is very sketchy and this hotel felt like it was well located considering that.

During a 3 night stay, I woke up on day 2 with bites on my back side. Not knowing what they were, I assumed spider bites.
The next day after speaking to a family member and showing them the photos, they told me they were 100% bedbugs.
I left immediately and the hotel denied it.
Still have the photos and Im traumatized each time I see them
