    The rooms are big and can easily accommodate a larger group. The location is right in the heart of London’s nightlife district

    This hotel had just what I needed to send my daughter off to Western and get her moved into her new shared house. Close to campus with easy underground parking. Breakfast is very basic - hard boiled eggs, cereal, single serving yogurt, toast and bagels and some pastries, cold deli meets and sliced cheeses, peanut butter, jam, butter, cream cheese. if you’re not picky and in a rush, it is a passable breakfast. (Parking is an extra $20 a day with in and out privileges). Tip: There can be a long wait for elevators in the morning - get one of the lower floors if you are able to take stairs.

    Spacious suite, especially for one person. It was away from the elevator so pretty quiet. Bed was quite luxurious and sitting area was comfy. I didn't need the desk but it would be an excellent work station. Just sorry I didn't have chance to sample the free breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

    They did not give us the room we prepaid for and said it was because we used a third party (you) to book!? Your fault not theirs, no Kings available. We met a couple in the elevator that booked a King that day. Did not send the wake up call we-requested. Had to ask for housekeeping. Managed promised a 25% refund but it was not on the statement when we checked out and manager was unavailable. Still waiting for a resolution
