    I needed somewhere to sleep for a couple hours while visiting London, and this did the trick. Bed was soft, so sleep was short but restful.

    I attended my son's graduation from Fanshawe College and was looking for a convenient downtown location. Hotel Metro is a great location and a great modern boutique style hotel with only 21 rooms. Very friendly staff, modern hotel in an historic building, super cool rooms. Cute little lobby with coffee, tea, fruit and candy bar. Keyless entry and hotel secured after 8pm. Highly recommend.

    During a 3 night stay, I woke up on day 2 with bites on my back side. Not knowing what they were, I assumed spider bites. The next day after speaking to a family member and showing them the photos, they told me they were 100% bedbugs. I left immediately and the hotel denied it. Still have the photos and Im traumatized each time I see them
