    The room size for 3 adults is big, and big bathroom which is very clean and tidy. There is a convenient store right next to the hotel entrance. Car park fee Yen1500 per day for multi-entrance which is very handy. not too far to drive to city centre in the south and American village. However, if travelling further north, it will take 1 to 2 hours drive which will be a bit far. The ocean view is good on high level which made us found it a good stay in this hotel.

    We just stayed one night after arrival, and didn’t have much time to spend at hotel or any facilities. But the room is very spacious and spotless clean, it’s also close to mall and convenient when moving around with car.

    Overall a pleasant experience staying here, the room is so spacious and toilet is also very clean and spacious with toilet, sink and shower all separated. The only thing about this place is that they do not offer free parking if you're driving your own vehicle, the fee for 2 nights was 3000 yen and based on the location of this hotel, chances are very high you will have to be driving cause its not accessible by other means of transportation. For that reason we also opted for hotel breakfast out of convenience due to the location of the hotel there's no restaurants or cafe within walking distance, it is worth to note that hotel breakfast did not disappoint. Overall we are very happy with the stay! :)

    For such a family friendly hotel, there are only 6 baby cots (baby beds) in the hotel. Also do note that the standard double is too small to include baby cots, though this is not clearly stated on agoda when making reservations. Hotel staff may also miss your special requests remarks and miss your specifically called out requests. We experiences difficulty for our extended family trip from the miscommunication. When booking 3 separate rooms for 4 adults and my infant, agoda did not allow booking different room types under the same booking so i booked 3 standard doubles for 4 adults and an infant. I made sure to repeat baby cot needs… Long story short, only the general manager can make things right for the hotel mistakes, we were relieved to not be further charged for the mistakes of the hotel (they originally asked us to stay in standard double with no baby bed for 2 (out of 6 nights) and then pay to upgrade our room to finally get our desperately needed baby bed). The next day hotel general manager kindly upgraded our room to the deluxe tatami. Since they ultimately did not provide a baby bed, my husband and i spent our nights taking turns holding our active baby to keep her safe. We are very tired from our family trip.
