    The hotel is kind of old but they keep it clean sooo well and very attentive and friendly staff.. VERY accommodating, would love to come back again.. worth all the money, it’s actually a very reasonable price🏝️❣️ Thank you Beachfront tower Mihama DSH for a lovely experience 🙏

    Good location - close to Araha beach and American Village, nice ocean views from the room. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have an equipped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. What I didn’t like were the strict rules and the staff was very inflexible about them - are they forgetting they work in hospitality industry and people are there to relax and have a good time? For example…I didn’t use a car but I renter their free bikes to get around. The bikes were super nice! But they had to be returned by 8pm. I told the male staff (they were all foreigners) I might be late 10-15 min to return it one evening and I was told ‘definitely not! It’s out of question’. I wasn’t given a clear reason why I couldn’t return it a bit later than 8pm, and it did not make sense to me, as the front desk was open until 10pm at least. Some kindness and flexibility would be appreciated. Ruined the mood a bit. Another rule that made no sense was that you have to pay ¥50,000 if you lose your room key. Making a copy of the key can’t be anywhere close to that…
