    We stayed at Ocean Resort PMC from July 16–18 and were absolutely disgusted to find a live cockroach in our room on the morning of July 17. It was crawling on the floor between our beds, and one of us, who has a severe phobia of bugs, was frozen in fear, unable to move from her bed. It was a genuinely traumatizing moment and completely ruined what was supposed to be a peaceful trip. This was extremely distressing and completely ruined our stay. A cockroach in a guest room is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel. We chose this hotel expecting basic hygiene and peace of mind, and what we got instead was a terrifying and disgusting experience that we will not soon forget. I urge the management to take immediate action to improve the cleanliness and pest control in their rooms, and I strongly discourage other travelers from staying here unless they want to risk a similar experience.

    Very near to marine walk and diving shop. Seven & Eleven is just opposite. Room is large. Only comment is the TV is too small. Smaller than my office PC monitor.
