    We stayed here with visitors and everything from the rooms, pools (indoor and out) breakfast, restaurants (walking distance) and amazing staff made this stay amazing. I would highly recommend this for families with it without kids. Parking is abundant but cost 1000yen a night.

    Great stay as usual. A little surprised they now charge Y1000 per night parking. Beds are very hard, room very clean and nice. Recommend mounting an outlet near the tv for gaming, fire sticks, etc. We were in room 1224 and an employee had to pull off the front panel of the cabinet where the outlet is hidden. Great breakfast!

    We actually changed our flights and checked out early because our experience at this hotel was that disappointing. From the moment we arrived, this was easily the most unwelcome I've ever felt at a hotel. The property itself is desperately in need of renovation. The bathrooms were horrifically outdated and had visible mildew throughout. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable we've ever encountered. We've lived and traveled extensively throughout Asia for the last five years and are very familiar with the firmer mattresses commonly found in the region. These beds were not simply firm. they were borderline cement blocks. Several other reviews mention the same issue, and after five nights of terrible sleep, I completely understand why. The location is another major drawback. The surrounding area feels industrialized, tired, and neglected, with empty lots and rundown buildings nearby. It hardly resembles the tropical island vacation destination many travelers envision when booking a trip to Okinawa. If you're visiting Okinawa, do yourself a favor and head farther north, where the scenery, atmosphere, and overall experience actually feel worthy of a vacation. The aquatic facilities were equally disappointing. The hotel heavily advertises its outdoor pool and sauna area, yet guests are required to pay extra to use the sauna. Even after paying, the experience felt neglected and unwelcoming. The pool bar was never staffed during our stay and appeared closed most of the time. Things became so underwhelming that we purchased day passes to *** just to enjoy proper aquatic facilities and beach access. The difference in quality wasn't even close. *** was superior in virtually every way. Not to mention Laguna Garden made you pay to park (1000 yen a day) whereas the majority of other resorts didn't require their guests to pay any parking fees. What truly puzzles me is how Laguna Garden Hotel is rated above two stars. Reading some of the positive reviews, I honestly wonder if those reviewers simply visited one of the restaurants. Without question, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've had in Japan.
