Everything stood out! The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the amenities were well thought out and easy to enjoy. The overall atmosphere made the stay relaxing and memorable—I’d happily stay here again.

This place is gorgeous. The ferry stop is right outside the hotel to get across to central Stockholm. The hotel is clean, and the view is unbelievable. Staff very friendly, and breakfast buffet is the best Ive ever seen.
My only complaint is the lack of amenities around this area. There is nowhere to eat but the hotel. You need to go into central Stockholm for any restaurants or shopping.

We could not figure out how to get hot water in the shower until our last day. Finally the front desk sent help before we checked out.
Also, I was charged twice for the room and it took a while to get that straightened out.
Breakfast was fabulous!

Beautiful hotel situated on the water front, perfect location for catching the ferry into the centre of the city.
Really helpful staff
Our room was very spacious & comfortable
Breakfast was tasty with a great variety to choose from
Didn’t use the spa but there were robes & slippers provided in the room .
