    Great hotel, lovely atmosphere - crucially, beginning with the welcome at reception: not over-the-top and insincere, just genuine, normal and friendly. I wish I could remember the name of the man at the desk when I arrived (I heard him speaking Italian with another guest) but I cannot praise him highly enough.

    Facility is clean and staff very helpful. Location is far from the city center and inconvenient for going on tour by yourself. Other than we had no issue with the hotel.

    all excellent. The hotel is near metro and bus station connected easily at any place. It is situated in a quit place and the staff is very helpfull
