Terrible Experience – Poor Service & Unacceptable Room Handling We had booked 2 nights in advance from April 17-19 2026, expecting a smooth and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the experience at Biz Apartment Gärdet was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We arrived late at around 11:30 PM, and shockingly there was no one available to open the gates. Despite repeated calls, no one answered. In cold weather, I had to walk inside to the lobby myself, only to find it completely unattended. After ringing the bell and calling multiple times, someone finally came after about 10 minutes. Even then, the situation wasn’t handled properly — I was given a key to open the gate, but had to walk another ~150 meters back outside in the cold to let our van in. This is unacceptable, especially for a property of this scale. The room itself was spacious, but the mattress was in very poor condition — sagging and uncomfortable, resulting in a bad night’s sleep. The worst part came the next morning. The reception staff (two ladies) were rude and completely inflexible, informing us that we had to move rooms because they had reassigned our larger room to another family. This is simply not how hospitality should work — a confirmed booking should be honored. Despite explaining that we were only staying one more night, they insisted we move. With a property of this size, they should have found an alternative solution instead of inconveniencing guests. We were effectively forced to repack everything and move, which was highly disruptive. At that point, we requested a refund for the second night and chose to leave. Thankfully, they processed the refund, but the overall experience had already been extremely frustrating. ⸻ Final Verdict * Poor late-night check-in handling * Lack of basic guest support * Uncomfortable bedding * Extremely poor room management * Unprofessional and rude staff 👉 Would not recommend staying here. Very disappointing experience.

Clean, friendly staff, all facilities you may need. I enjoyed the heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Also, great to have a little full functioning kitchen. It was a great stay, would recommend.

Spacious apartment at the outskirts of Stockholm close to the fields and different sports tracks. Easy access with two different buslines; 25 minutes from downtown. Apartments are well equipped with large beds, furniture and a kitschen with dishwashers and microwaww oven. The staff are professional and very helpfull. Price/quality-relation is very good.
