Rooms was perfect as advertised in the pictures and descriptions.
Gym was great! And play area on 3rd floor was fun! Breakfast was well sorted. Except coffee, just the basic burnt stuff.
There is a stupid breakfast reservation required. In 15min slots. Seems super precise. It’s an overkill and stressful for my family with small children. Then you go there and before 8 it’s empty! WTF!
Also, the surroundings are under construction. Signage for the place is aweful and Google Maps directions are incorrect from the terminal and the metro station.

sea port and big ships.
industrial district, constant constructions, difficult to pass by. metro station is 1 KM away.
Boring breakfast, not worth the price.
