Close to Sendai station, clean rooms good breakfast , but rooms are very small.

Room was clean and spacious for a Japanese hotel. Only main complaint is that they only give a comforter on the bed and not a flat sheet, given that it was 32-36 degrees Celsius outside it was warm in the bed and kept kicking it off. Everything else was great. AC was ice cold and shower / bath was nice after a long hot day of exploring the city. The hotel is on the East side of the station but there is a hidden walk way with stairs or elevator at the north end of the second station floor at the end of the SPal shopping center that cuts over the tracks. Next door is a mini Lawson and a couple of restaurants. Easy base for exploring Sendai and surrounding places like Yamadera, Yamagata, and Matsushima all of which are within a 1hr local train ride and are covered by a JR pass
