nice hotel within walking distance of everything & a great location, however the room was very warm and sleeping at night was uncomfortable, even with the windows open as it simply was not cold enough outside to cool down the rooms, you have the option to pay for the AC remote which i think is silly. if its not cold enough outside, the AC should be on.

Yes, breakfast has good variety.
But I am not sure if the breads are fresh.
The yogurt, fresh fruits, meat, coffee, and teas variety are great.
The hotel is nice and quiet, next to the park, and only a short walk to the river.
