Kinsky Garden Apartments and Suites by Dwellfort

The location is excellent, with public transport stops right on the corner, mini-markets, bars and restaurants. Nice buildings in the neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Bathrooms, towels and linen were of good quality. The professional host was always available.

No air conditioning.

Excellent location. Everything is close by. Love that area, one of my favourites in Prague. Next time I know where to stay..

No AC during heatwave

The room is clean and sufficiently big, with most of what you need. The area itself is good, with lots of shops nearby, and the old town is only about 20 minutes away on foot by crossing the bridge. The tram also takes you into town quickly, which makes getting around very convenient.

The area is extremely loud, and the windows do a poor job of insulating sound. The bedroom is only 6 meters away from a very busy tram line, with a loud tram passing every 20–40 seconds, making rest almost impossible. There is no vibration from the tram, so it seems to be purely a window insulation issue. I tried sleeping on the couch in the adjoining room, which is farther from the tram line, but there I was disturbed by an incessant noise from the elevator. It appears to have an imperfect electrical contact and wheezes continuously, even when not in use.
