Location is great
Rather limited space for breakfast with limited choice but not too bad

The room was gorgeous, cleaned everyday and in a terrific location, arrived early and room was ready. Staff were a pleasure to deal with.
I had made an additional request for flowers to be in the room upon arrival with champagne, the champagne was there but flowers were not, minor thing but it was confirmed via messages it would happen and did not. Small complaint, overall fantastic stay.

There are two buildings, A and B, yet there are no accessible pathways leading to either of them. The rooms lack electric kettles; instead, we were told to get hot water from the coffee machine—a highly unreasonable arrangement. It's fall far short of what is expected of a 5-star hotel.
There was no electric kettle, and the room was right by the elevator; I could hear people talking at 4:30 a.m.
