the hotel and room were very clean, the view out of the room was beautiful. location was very accessible to the public transport. the bed was very comfy and soft. staff explained everything nicely, answered all our questions, and they were kind
the bathtub was a bit slippery, and shower head was hard to access. air conditioning was a bit confusing to navigate

Location was 10- 15 min walk from the Charles Bridge. Viewing the river and old buildings on the other site. Ability to leave suitcases at the hotel after checking out.
Air con didn’t work the second day and second night, bar fridge wasn’t working. My trousers were washed instead of being pressed loosing its length
